This frame is absolutely gorgeous in person and for sure worth the price. It's sturdy and looks beautiful no matter where in the house I put it. Adds vintage and ornate flair but still feels new and modern at the same time. It was very well packaged and wrapped and came with no damages. I will 100% be buying more of this style and more from the same company in the future!

This time, I needed a frame for a print of Eleanor Fortescue-Brickdale's St. Catherine of Siena, and chose the expansive black gothic style—anything less felt too understated. The price was excellent, as always, and both production and shipping matched the quoted timelines. The frame arrived via Amazon, carefully packed—a welcome relief given the glass option I selected.

It's hung in a bright room, and while I knew the reflection would be minimal from its usual viewing angle, I opted against the non-glare options, and was glad to be able to choose a 99% UV protection without compromising clarity or preservation. The customization process makes it easy to get exactly what you need.

The detailing is striking in person. The frame has substantial weight for its size (I ordered one to fit a 16 x 12 matted print), so do take that into account when planning placement. The corner joints could be slightly tighter, but that's understandable given the ornate carving. It's not noticeable once hung, and overall I'm thoroughly satisfied with the result.

I'll be returning for my next project. :)

When I ordered the item I chose a gold frame with a double mat with a white top mat and a bottom mat in the color "gold" when it came the "gold" was actually a shade of yellow. After I corresponded with you I had to re-order the mat in Eldorado (which is in fact gold) at my own expense. When the replacement came the top mat was cut asymmetrically so that much more of the bottom mat showed on one side than the other. Would not order again or recommend it to anyone.

This frame is OK but not exactly for what it cost. No hanger on it and comes with a tiny hanger and no idea how to put on frame so picture is not hanging until someone can figure out how to plae the tiny hanger...no nailholes either
