Photo, frame and mat combo exceeded my expectations!

ArtToFrame has consistently been my go to framing for the past 4 years. I look forward to getting posters or pieces of art specifically so I can order from them. So many options and unique ways to display anything. Also love the option of them installing the hanging pieces so you don't have to!

I ordered about 15 samples, and the order was received and acknowledged quickly and correctly. Well, there was one error, and that was MINE. I forgot to order one I liked, so I put it into a "future order" file. Within a day, I got a notice that my shipment has been mailed. That was yesterday. I'm eagerly awaiting .... :)

I usually buy inexpensive frames, but I had a really nice poster and I wanted a good quality frame for it. I bought the Black Stain on Solid Red Oak, with a 1-inch mat in Crisp White. I should have ordered a slightly wider mat, but I was able to place the poster so that no gaps show. I followed the instructions in the on-line tutorial video for attaching the wire and hanging the picture. I used a different hook, because I wasn't sure if the included hook would be sturdy enough. It looks great. The frame was shipped quickly and arrived intact.

Bought this as a gift. The original packaging was damaged in transit causing a visible crack on the frame. Upon reaching out to the seller, they immediately sent a replacement. Great customer service and the frame is of good quality and looks great in the living room.

I receive a lot of school and sport photos of my grandchildren and this is an excellent way to display wallet sized pictures. The frame is well made and I appreciate the visual impact of the double mat. The backing is easy to remove, so I can easily rotate photos each year. I thought the price was fair, but be aware that this item does not feature free shipping.

Don’t order from this company. Their refund policy is horrible. Their product is not worth it!

Received product today. Expertly wrapped, professionally delivered. No scratches or other imperfections with the contents. Hardware secured in plastic pocket. Easily unwrapped and hardware quickly attached for a special poster.
