It took 2 tries as the first frame I ordered was damaged, but they replaced it in good time. The puzzle fit tight, but it fit and I was very pleased that I wouldn't have to trim it. Looks good, and was easy to hang.

I had an irregular shaped poster that ArtToFrame was able to accommodate beautifully with a pretty blue mat. Frame arrived in great condition. Whole process was easy and smooth.

Thank goodness for the shipping work on sending these. I almost didn't even open the box. it was torn up, holes all over it, it was even wet. The shipping box was very well insulated: box within a box and so far, I'm shocked it looks ok. The corners on the frame look even much better than the advertised photos. Nice work, coming from an architect's scrutiny.

The listing specifically states “glass size”. What we received is a very thin cheap plexiglass. I paid a premium for these frames. If I wanted plexiglass I would have gone to Wal-Mart. The shipping box is even marked “glass” in big red letters. C’mon people, be honest about what you’re selling and save everyone’s time.

This frame was perfect for my 16” x 20” print. I’m very happy with it.

I am very pleased with my order. The frame was exactly as described and the size was perfect for my antique map. The color and quality of the matting really highlight the piece beautifully.
