Excellent quality frame. Real wood very lightweight! Plexiglass came with protective film in corners were well protected with cardboard. The gold antique color looks really nice with the artwork and the fit is perfect 11x24. Hanging hardware included.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing this frame from the seller Art To Frames. When I recieved the frame it was already damaged and the customer service was rude and made it clear that they were not interested in helping resolve the issue, instead they passed the buck. I would avoid this seller at all costs.

I recently needed to have a photo collage created and delivered on the other side of the country and in a short amount of time. I came across multiple sites but Art to Frames had the best options for a quick turnaround. Purchasing something like this takes a bit of a “leap of faith” as you're never sure what the end result will be. I'm happy to say the process was easy and the frame was produced and shipped in record time. It arrived in time for a co-workers retirement party and we couldn't have been happier. It was packaged well and looked “exactly” as was displayed on my screen. I would definitely use this service again. Well done Art to Frame!

Poor quality. The frame is made of thin wood, if you pick it up on the long side the wood bows and then you have to fix the picture to secure it again. Wall hooks I received were rusty and the wire was greasy for some reason. No instructions on how to attach the wall hooks to the frame either. Only gave 1 screw per hook when it has two holes for two screws each. Not worth the price

Great. Love the vibrant colors against the black. Adds Class to our restaurant. My only complaint is no directions on how to hang or to let you know there's a tight clear film over entire board in which is a little hard to remove. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

This frame was a perfect fit for two Ravensburger 1000-piece puzzles. Each frame came well packaged, and even had a little level! I chose to use hanging wire instead of the included hangers. I would definitely buy this frame again.

Beautiful frame

Works fine to frame a pinball backglass. I don't use the plexiglass sheet since the backglass is glass and needs no protection.

Overall a good product. They provided most of the hanging equipment. Unfortunately, mine were all rusted and greasy. Would have liked to have the hanging equipment already on the frame and provided non-rusty screws and such and the right amount too. Instead I had to go buy my own.

Was expecting wood n glass not wood and plastic. Or rather an acrylic insert. At the price paid not impressed. Had not been a time issue I would have returned.Even had to put the hanging hardware on.It was perfect for the sizes needed but will not purchase again.
