Screw doesn't go in all the way...now I can't get it out!!!

The frame color is true to that shown online. That makes choosing a frame less challenging.

Hardware that was included with frame is absolute garbage. The 4 screws provided to hang the wire clips to back of frame were too long and penetrated through the front of the frame! When trying to back the screws out to put in shorter ones, your screws stripped out and one of the heads even broke off. Frame looks like garbage now because of the penetration holes to the front of frame. No where on this frame would the screws you provided not have gone right through. Shame on me for not double checking the length of the screws prior to installing.

Ordered these for prints ordered from another site. Overall I liked the style and color, although the gold does lean towards a bit "orangey", but still happy with the bamboo design. The frame itself has a plastic cover instead of glass which wouldn't be my first choice, but made the frame lightweight and I can't really tell now that it's up on the wall. It was the perfect size and fit my design aesthetic very well. Getting the picture in the frame was just a matter of lifting up the tabs, inserting the print and closing the tabs. Easy peasy. Other than the plastic front, I'm happy with the overall quality of these frames. They were a bit expensive, but compared to other selling sites, they were the cheapest I could find online.

The frame are perfect for me. I then bought a second. Well made and make my pictures look great in them.

Frame is beautiful glass seems strong. The color is champagne gold. Exactly what I wanted. But only gave 3 stars because there's no hardware attached to hang frames

The frame couldn't have been more perfect for this, my first monochrome cross stitch! It's a gift for my daughter who inspired me to stitch in this style. The fabric is light blue, thread and frame are bright white.
