Excellent customer service. The first order arrived w/ what appeared to me damage in the manufacturing process. I sent photos in an email & quickly received a response (over the wknd!) that a replacement would be sent. Within a few days, a quality replacement had arrived

These frames are easy to use and are great quality!

Very weak and unstable. I wish I would have spent more money for a more sturdy frame, especially at this large size.

I rated this frame four stars because I had to do some touch ups on some scratches and on one corner of the frame where the raised design did not match. I was able to fix the scratches with metallic markers and a toothpick. I love how the frame accentuates my vintage velvet painting. I do plan on ordering from this vendor in the future for some canvas paintings I need to frame. The picture came with plexiglass (I did not use) and wire to hang.

We bought this to display a great panoramic photo that took on vacation, and it hangs prominently in our living room. It’s so perfect! I need to get another one for our most recent travel photo.

I love this product, it really adds more personality to my room. It came in with no problems and was easy to install. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves doing puzzles and wants to display them.

Perfect…really nice item. You have to install the hanging bracket yourself. Might be an issue with some.
