The frame is not as expected. I am very tired of these items requiring me to put it together. It is a frame. Why do I need tools to attached the wire/or mounting items. I did not want a DIY frame. I was also disappointed it didn't have a glass front it is a thin piece of plexi glass.

This frame was pricy but of good quality and very well packaged. Even though UPS delivered it with a damaged corner the product was so well wrapped that no damage was done to frame itself.
